Doula

Hi, I’m Kiley! I’m a Los Angeles based certified birth and postpartum doula, preconception coach and birth photographer.

With an extensive background spanning over a decade in healthcare, with a specific focus on women's health, family building and conception, paired with years immersed in the study of birth, my journey has evolved into a passionate exploration of the entire birthing process from preconception to postpartum. 

Throughout my tenure, I experienced a profound paradigm shift, recognizing that there’s infinitely more to wellbeing than just the physiological aspects, prompting an exploration at a deeper level. This moment also ignited a connection to the initiation of childbirth and an enhanced reverence for the inherent strength within every woman.

I perceive each birth as a sacred ceremony

A powerful rite of passage that connects you to the cosmic forces of source creation. This perspective creates a container so that you feel supported and empowered in all of the components of preconception, pregnancy, birth and beyond.

It is said that women in labor leave their bodies to travel to the stars, collect the souls of their babies and return to this world together. We'll work together so you surrender to the flow of this process, fully trusting in your body's wisdom, navigating the realms of expansiveness, instinct, and intuition to welcome your baby earth side.

I am committed to providing unwavering support and guidance on your journey to parenthood, wherever and however you feel called to birth.

I support a sacred and intentional experience based on your desires to embrace the all encompassing polarities within childbirth.

I view childbirth as a natural emergence, not an emergency. Intuition and instinct are your guiding light.

In both birth and life, mindset work is the most important work that we can do. We hold the power to redefine our experiences by shifting our perspectives as well as practicing radical self accountability and acceptance.

I believe in having intention behind every action and that what you want is available to you.
